- Non-Emergency Teleconsultations: In compliance with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, video or chat consultations are intended for non-emergency wellness assessment and do not substitute for in-person physical clinical examinations or emergency hospitalization.
- No Guaranteed Cures: In accordance with the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, our products and consultations provide supportive, therapeutic care; we do not promise or advertise instantaneous or guaranteed "cures".
2. Product Use & Mandatory Patch-Test Warning
- External Use: Formulations such as MAGNIFIA Kasturi Sugandhi Ubtan are intended strictly for topical cosmetic/wellness application.
