At Shree Ganesh Herbals, we understand that situations change. We strive to accommodate order amendments and clinical schedule adjustments with maximum convenience and fairness.
1. Physical Product Order Cancellations
You may cancel any standard retail order placed on our website subject to the following condition:
- Cancellation Window: Cancellations are accepted prior to order dispatch from our Pune dispensary (typically within 4 to 6 hours of order placement).
- Full Refund: Upon cancellation before courier handover, a 100% full refund will be reversed to your original payment method within 24 to 48 hours.
- Post-Dispatch Cancellations: Once a consignment tracking number (AWB) has been issued and the courier has taken custody of the package, the order cannot be cancelled in-transit. You may simply decline delivery at your doorstep or follow our 7-day Return Policy upon receipt.
2. Clinical Consultation Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
Dr. Sneha Patil dedicates personalized time for each patient intake. To ensure respect for clinic schedules:
- Rescheduling: You may reschedule your consultation slot at no additional charge by notifying us via WhatsApp or Email at least 4 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Advance Cancellation (> 4 hours): Cancellations made with more than 4 hours notice are eligible for an immediate 100% refund or consultation credit valid for 6 months.
- Late Cancellation or No-Show (< 4 hours): Non-notified no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours are non-refundable, but we extend one complimentary rescheduling opportunity within 14 days.
3. Corporate Gifting Order Cancellations
Bespoke corporate gifting hampers involving custom laser-engraved wooden boxes, custom silk branding, or personalized cards:
- Can be cancelled with 100% refund prior to commencement of custom engraving or compounding.
- Once custom engraving or raw material procurement has commenced as per approved mockups, actual incurred design/engraving expenses will be adjusted from the refund amount.
