At Shree Ganesh Herbals, our philosophy is anchored in clinical integrity, purity, and customer delight. We want you to feel completely assured when acquiring our Ayurvedic herbal formulations or booking clinical consultations.
1. Physical Product Returns Eligibility
Due to the pure, botanical nature of personal care formulations and Ayurvedic preparations, stringent hygiene and safety regulations apply:
- Return Window: You may initiate a return within 7 calendar days from the date of confirmed delivery.
- Eligible Items: Items must be completely unused, unadulterated, in their original packaging, with unbroken safety seals and accompanied by the original receipt or digital invoice.
- Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, products with broken safety seals, opened jars/bottles, or customized clinical compound churnas formulated uniquely for an individual patient cannot be accepted for return once opened.
2. Transit Damages & Defective Items Guarantee
We take meticulous care in packing every glass jar and herbal container. However, if your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing photos/videos of the damaged item to support@shreeganeshherbals.com or via WhatsApp at +91 9822256980.
- Upon quick verification, we will dispatch a free brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost, or issue a 100% full refund (including shipping charges) as preferred by you.
3. Refund Initiation & Timelines
Once an authorized return has arrived at our Pune dispensary and passed quality inspection (or upon confirmation of transit damage):
- Refund Authorization: The refund will be initiated within 24 to 48 business hours of inspection.
- Settlement via Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed directly back to your original source of payment (Razorpay UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking).
- Bank Settlement Timeline: Depending on your issuing bank or UPI application, funds typically reflect in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
4. Consultation Fee Cancellation & Rescheduling Refunds
We respect your time and the doctor's clinical consultation schedule:
- Advance Cancellation (> 4 hours before slot): If you cancel or request rescheduling at least 4 hours before your confirmed appointment, you are entitled to a 100% full refund or a free reschedule credit valid for 6 months.
- Late Cancellation (< 4 hours) or Missed Appointments: Because a dedicated 45-minute clinical slot is reserved exclusively for you by Dr. Sneha Patil, no-shows or cancellations within 4 hours are non-refundable. However, we gladly offer one complimentary rescheduling courtesy.
